Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the PawMatch mobile application or website operated by PawMatch. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Service

PawMatch provides a platform for pet owners to discover, connect, and interact with other pets and their owners. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including accounts that we determine have violated these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content about yourself or your pets
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their animals
  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Use the platform for commercial solicitation without our prior consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

4. Pet Listings and Content

You retain ownership of content you post on PawMatch. By posting content, you grant PawMatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of pet listings, including health information, vaccination status, and other details. Misrepresentation of a pet's condition may result in account suspension.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of PawMatch are available through paid subscription plans (Paw+ and Breeder Pro). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or through the app store where you purchased the subscription.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you subscribed (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe for web purchases).

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PawMatch. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of PawMatch.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawMatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if PawMatch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings in the app or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and notifying you via email or in-app notification.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
